No it shoots potatoes.

Pardon my sarcasm. Yes it shoots video, I don't know how well because its a tablet and taking pics or video with one makes me feel like a ******.

Download LGCamera from the playstore, switch it to camcorder mode, change the video bitrate from 12mbps to 20mbps in 1920x1080p mode, keep the fps at 30 and change the audio bitrate to 128 AAC.

Then record a video and be amazed how well a cheapo 5MP shooter can do full 1080p video make sure it stays focused!

Its compatible, I downloaded and used it! on a Nexus 7 2013!
