Does the ROG Phone 5 generally have issues with ghost touching?

Does the ROG Phone 5 generally have issues with ghost touching? Or is this just my phone because I dropped one drop of sirup on the screen and went in the volume button? After the accident I turned off the phone but afte 30 minutes I turned it on twice. After that I let the phone for 60 hours. Then I cleaned the volume button with 99.7％ isopropyl a few times because the button was sticky. Now I came home and noticed that my phone is vibrating and noticed that is has ghost touches. I restarted the phone and now it works fine. I have a screen protector on my phone but I don't think that is the reason of ghost touch, because the screen protector is only few weeks old. The phone also has the latest software update.

Did you ever test the phone without the screen protector? As I recommended a few times in your previous thread (https://forums.androidcentral.com/g...ireless-charging-mouse-pad-ghost-touches.html), it's still worth testing without the protector, because those can cause ghost touches. I know you don't think it's the protector, but we wont know for sure unless you try.
