does the tmobile xperia z1s come with the anti shatter film already installed on it?

my husband says the z1 has the film on it but the z1s does not

It has it on there and if you remove it there is a wonderful and great tempered glass underneath. I would buy a screen protector like skinomi for it but honestly its easy and makes a huge difference in the feel of the phone screen
