I know I can use an app to make Wifi calls like Viber or Skype.

Does the Zenfone 2 support native WiFi calling. I am using Ting (T-Mobile) and I have enabled Wi-Fi Calling in the Ting configuration.

Yet I don't see the Wi-Fi Calling option on the phone under Settings, More and I don't see anything for W-Fi calling.

Does the ZF2 support WiFi calling and if yes, how do I enable it?

No typically WiFi calling is only supported if T-Mobile actually supports the device. This phone is unlocked so it won't have WiFi Calling

I've been asking the same question about a lot of different smartphones lately so I have no doubt you will appreciate my answer.

No!!!

For a smartphone to make/receive wifi-calls using the sim cards phone number then the smartphones operating system (OS) must be UMA-enabled. Only a limited number of companies manufacture UMA-enabled phones and they only add the feature to their higher end phones due to the cost. HTC's ONE Models and Samsung S6 are examples of UMA-enabled phones. Even if your UMA-enabled phone wasn't a T-Mobile issued phone the wifi-calling still works because the UMA-enabling module is standardized so it's the same for all manufactures.

The carriers that provide wifi-calling networks like T-Mobile (which I love and have used for 7+ years) told me that on some non-TMobile phones you many need to update your Access Point Name (APN) parameters but that is a very easy process that they will help you with or you can quickly do on your own. The parameters are not for the wifi-calling but are to optimize you non-TMobile phone for use on TMobile's network. I've been reading that some new smartphones are smarter than others and will automatically update your APN parameters when you switch to a different carrier. With these phones you just roam into the new network and your phone immediately updates your APN parameters and you're ready to go. Very cool!

I highly recommend you read about Generic Access Networks under Wikipedia. There is all the info you're looking for except a list of all current 2015 UMA-enabled phones. If you find that list, please let me know! :-)

Hope that helped!
