Does this BT Reciever exist?

I have a connection to an audio system that has a powered 4-pin 3.5mm jack for a mic / stereo speaker combo. What I'm looking for is a BT reciever with the appropriate audio profiles to allow me to pair it with my Galaxy S3 and use it for both music and phone calls. Ideally, the reciever will also be powered off the audio jack, but I can work around that if need be. All the BT adapters I find seem to be rechargable, but more importantly, are only 3-pole (so, no mic).

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
