Does this happen to anyone else?

Sometimes when I'm playing a game the screen will freeze up for a few seconds and the game will go back to normal. It usually happens on this app called Ninjump and when I'm on the internet browser it won't let me scroll down the page even though it's loaded; this usually happens on Gizmodo and Jalopnik.

There are some websites that will cause the browser to freeze for a bit when refining to it. Droid-life is one that you don't want to leave loaded in the background.
