Hello guys.

So I bought this phone on Saturday, ordered it cause they didn't have any at the retail stores, gets here I beleive tuesday or wednesday.

Was just wondering I come from a thunderbolt, and the phone gets hot very fast only after opening/closing an app or visiting a few websites. Does the Razr Maxx do this? I'm fine with mild heat but my thunderbolt gets blazing hot. One time I had to use a bandage, to get cured from a 1 hour browsing session.

edit: 1 more thing, can I switch the LED notification light on the razr max with an app? Always was dying to do that :)

Excellent question coming from someone with the name Iceycold....... (couldn't resist). :p

The day I bought it, I spent hours putting my Market purchases on the Maxx. It got hot but not to the point where I had to put it down. All in all, it's a very impressive phone. I also like how the LED can be color-managed. I use Enhanced E-mail and I can tell by the LED what account an e-mail is coming in for.

I streamed Netflix for about 4 hours over 4G, and it was pretty warm, but I could still handle and use it.

Any device will get warm to some and hot to others if you put a lot of stress on the processor(s)... and by stress I mean streaming Netflix, or running Google's Navigator app for long periods... both of which are very graphics intensive.
