Does U11 work with T mobile?

I heard that recently T mobile upgraded the network to Q3 or something. Certain phones are no longer can work on it. I purchased U11 from Amazon but not sure if it is compatible with T mobile Q3 network. Can someone help me out here?

I'm on T-Mobile as a MVNO. Im using WIFI calling all the time at my house. I've even switched off data to make sure Wi-Fi works well and no issues at all.

I'm not sure on VOLTE though.

FYI: Call quality on both Wi-Fi and regular network is crystal clear.

What exactly is a Q3 network? This device works flawlessly for me on T-Mobile.
