Does using Foxfi on my Galaxy S6 for sprint charge me the Sprint hotspot fee?

I am thinking about getting a Samsung Galaxy phone for Sprint because of its unlimited data package. I know Verizon users who are still on their unlimited plans can download Foxfi to their Android device and it does not charge them to hotspot and it uses their unlimited data. Is this the same for Sprint?

What do I do if I already have a hotspot on my plan?

If you switch to Sprint's new $70 Unlimited plan your add-on will not be needed as long as you plan to use 3 GB or less of data through your mobile hot spot. If you need more data for mobile hot spot, you can pay $15/GB as you go for extra usage.
