hello all,

I just reflashed my s4 sch i545 back to stock but did not use triangle away before doing so. I am trying to return the phone to Verizon under a warranty claim. Does anyone have any experience with this? Will Verizon check the binary counter and deny my claim? Everything is back to stock on the phone except didn't reset the hidden binary counter.

It depends on who you get. Many people have returned phones with a flash counter, and many have been denied. It really is a coin flip.

My odin download screen on my phone doesn't have any number on it. Everything says official on that screen. Do you mean they check the hidden counter? Also what will happen if they deny the claim? Will they charge me full retail price and not return my old phone?

They'd just refuse the warranty claim and send the phone back. If everything says official there, you'll most likely be fine.
