Does Verizon usually have any kind of sales on July 4th?

I'm wanting to get a Verizon G4 off contract and wondered if they typically have a sale on July 4th? I think it $549 off contract right now, but anything lower would be great.

I got my AT&T G4 from Best Buy for $630 with $100 BB Gift Card and another $30 BB Gift Certificate for being a BB My Reward member. So my phone costed about $500. I think Verizon's G4 on BB is $610 full price. And I read that people have success applying the $100 gift card toward the full price purchase.

What else is new? LOL Yeah I didn't get the leather because the leather one is $40 more @ $670 so I ended up getting the plastic for $630. Which is actually ended up good because it fits into my slim case. I love my Ringke Slim case.
