does your OEM wall charger charge correctly?

My charging block will not turbo charge my note 4. Sometimes it had taken up to 8 hours to charge. I use my note 4 data cable and plug it into the droid turbo wall charger and it turbo charges fine. Anyone else having this problem?

Verizon won't send me a replacement because they don't have any and Samsung will either sell me a new one or make me send the old one in first so they can try to fix it before they can decide to send me a new one or not. This is ridiculous. Has anyone had this problem and how did you rectify it. I'm tempted to buy a new one and replace it with the defective one and get a refund

Sounds like a pretty isolated problem. Is there a local Verizon store you can go to? Companies tend to be more responsive dealing with problems when there are prospective customers within earshot. It's easy to blow someone off via email or over the phone.

I'd test the charger using a battery monitoring app to observe charging rate and after comparing with another charger to confirm the OEM one is bad I'd go the samsung route and just use another 2amp charger in the meantime. You obviously won't get rapid charging so you'll have to change your charging habits though if you're normally the type to discharge fully before recharging or you use heavily during the day.

Return your phone or go to a veruzon store. Your phone is messed up. I tested it and turned off fast charging aand used an old samsung fascinate charger that has like 1 amp and it only took about 2 and a half hours to charge my note 4 compared to the adpative fast charging cable which charges my note 4 in like an hour. Ur phone is charging wayyyy to slow.
