Does your Photon do this?

Ok, so far my Photon has been good minus one little thing. Every time I power it off and then restart it, my little green "message waiting" light blinks when the screen is off. Problem is there are no messages waiting. It does this every time I turn the phone on. Not really a big deal seeing as all I need to do to clear the light is slide down the notification bar and it goes away. Not sure if an app I installed might be causing this or do they all do this? Any thoughts?

Did you run light flow? Mine did this after I ran it and other colors too. Factory refresh fixed it for me.

Mine seems to do it randomly throughout the day. Does it consistently if anything is in the notification bar, even app icons. I use an app called Silent Time for sleeping and whenever it activates @ 9PM it puts an icon in the notification bar and that makes the light blink, ALL NIGHT LONG. I have used this app on many other Android phones and never had this issue, I think it is a Photon thing.

ok, while this led is color-customizable, i noticed the following:

any Google notifications regardless of type - green
yahoo mail(separate app) - pink
before installation of Go launcher, when MoPho is off while charging - white
after Go launcher - before 90% charge amber, after 90% green.

if you are using Handsent you can change led color to whatever to blink when your screen is off (i use cyan)

if you are using Touchdown you can change led color whatever to blink when your screen is off (i use red)

I have come to the conclusion this is an app related issue. After the update that was rolled out the other day, I decided to do a factory reset. After I did the reset, the light stopped coming on for no good reason just after powering up. Before I reloaded all my apps I turned the phone on and off a few times to confirm this. However, after I got my apps reloaded it started to do it again. So I am confident it is an app thing. Again, it isn't a big issue to begin with.
