Me and my wife both have unlocked galaxy note 9 on telus mobility I got may one ui 2.1 update with jun 1 security patch 2 months ago my wife still hasn't received the one ui 2.1 update she is still on the may security patch does anyone no why it doesn't make sense that I got the update and she still hasn't

It's kinda weird..same thing with my wife and I.. but we are with Roger's..

Do you both have the exact same model number? Is it possible you got different unlocked variants (even from the same seller) that both work fine on Telus, but might have update discrepancies based on the firmware.

It's also possible that there can be significant delays due to staged rollouts of updates.
