Doing a factory data reset on Galaxy S5.

Already backed up using Kies. What about the data on my SD card?

Hello. Kies won't cover you for everything. Make sure you sync everything to your Samsung account in Accounts - Samsung, and obviously sync the Google account items you need.

If you have apps on the sd card, move them back to the device, just leave media files and unmount and remove the sd card.
