It means the phone can play HDR10 content or even better, the phone can also support Dolby Vision content. They both expand the color palette and contrast range, and use dynamic metadata to automatically optimize the picture for every frame, pixel by pixel. In essence, the colors are much more vibrant & true to form or life like.

If you were to compare regular content with either HDR10 or Dolby Vision, the regular content would appear dull & boring. HDR10 (open source) has a 10 bit color depth vs the more premium 12 bit Dolby Vision (proprietary) in the Rec.2020/BT2020 color space.
