Dolphin 8.6/8.7 and Pinch Zoom Button

After the Dolphin 8.6 update I noticed that the Pinch Zoom Button shows up on the screen even though I have it disabled in Settings, Lab. I've had a few Nexus 7 tablets recently and saw this happen on the other Nexus 7s as well. But it doesn't happen on my Galaxy Nexus (running 4.1.1.) or my Touchpad (4.0.4).

I am curious if anyone else has noticed their Pinch Zoom Buttons showing up even though it's disabled with Dolphin 8.6 or 8.7 on the Nexus 7 tablet?

Hmm.. does the silence mean nobody else has seen this same issue with Dolphin 8.6+ and the Nexus 7?
