Dolphin as File Manager?

The update that came out today says "File Manager: Manage all SD card files right within Dolphin."

Has anyone figured how to do this? I can't seem to find this functionality anywhere...

Open Dolphin Browser>go to menu>More>Downloads.
There you go.

It only does Internal Memory. It won't go to your external SD Card.
