Why does it take Verizon so long to update their records on Mobile Broadband Connect usage? It seems like it can take several days before their records are updated, and I know how much I have used.
This is the first month I've had their WiFi hotspot feature and I want to make sure I don't go over on my 2 Gig limit I pay for.
The problem is, what if I'm coming close to the end of my billing cycle, and I check my usage and it looks like I have a good amount of data left to use, but I go over because Verizon did not update their records in a timely manner. Will I be at fault, or do I have a reasionable expectation that Verizon will let me know when I'm getting close to my cap?
