Don't import contacts

I had over 600 contacts in my S4, and i sent for assistance because he was not turning on, when he came back everything was reset as it was expected, but when I logged in with my google account, it imported only 35 contacts.
whats going on? who can help me?

Sounds like not all contacts were saved to the Google account. I usually manually backup contacts just to make sure. If you did this then you can restore that way. Otherwise, not really sure how to get them back.

Once reset, they are gone; I agree with dpham00, in that the missing contacts were not synced to Google Services.

i had a s2 with almost 400 contacts, when i changed to s4, i only logged in my google account, and all the contacts came from to s4.

You should of backed them up to an sd card if you didn't sync them all to Google it was on the phone itself
