Don't remove the screen protector on the otterbox Defender

I got the s7edge yesterday and picked up a defender case which i was happy to had finally came out.

Tonight i decided to remove the built in screen protector and when i did the phone was too loose in the case and the power button on the case no longer worked.
Luckily i was able to put the screen protector back on, but it is still hard to press letters on the edge when typing.

Wow, you're lucky, I don't think I'll ever even get to buy one. I have no clue why they are taking so long to make them available. I've heard the screen cover is different than the past, I hope you can adjust to it. I hope they get the cases for the Note 7 out in a reasonable time.

Me too, the overall size of the note 7 will be a deciding factor if i get it. Im kinda liking the slighter smaller size of the 7edge.

I went from a trusty S3 to the S7 Edge so I went up in size, but it really didn't seem too drastic. I also used a Otterbox Defender on the S3 it's entire life and it did me well, so I'm totally looking forward to finally getting a Defender on my new phone. The size of the S7 Edge is something I have grown to like, initially not having a case scared me quite a bit. So far after a month all is well, I hope the Defender will help with grip especially along the sides. Ultimately the caseless phone has grown on me, it never has felt slick like expected it might. Taking photos has been more of a challenge to me, lots of times I'm just barely touching the edge of the screen and it won't take a photo, crossing my fingers the extra width of a Defender will tackle that annoyance a bit.

The defenders give good grip, while to me the commuters are too slippery.

This might be the first Defender that I don't take the screen protector out, it fits really, really well, better than I expected!
