Don't use SIM Adapters

I exchanged my One (battery issues) and when I tried to install the SIM card w sim adapter it wouldn't go in..so ***** that I am I just pushed in the adapter w no sim and it got stuck. Took me a half hour to take it out w thin piece of plastic. I'm gonna stop by AT&T store to get a micro sim...hopefully I didn't damage my new refurb, will keep you posted. Lesson learned-cant use sim adapter w new batch of HTC One's

I have used an adapter with no problem.

Sounds more like user error LOL. I've used a SIM adapter quite successfully.

Sim adapter? Is there something smaller than a micro sim?

I use a sim adaptor to go from micro to regular size sim in older phones, but not sure what you are trying to stick in your phone...

Nano SIM. iPhone 5 use it. While the rest of the world seem to use the micro for the most part.

Well I'm happy to report my one works. I too have used sim adapters for a while and have never had an issue till I received my refurbished one last night, it would just not go in no matter what I did. My older one no problem but the refurb said ahhh no. Just a heads up, don't want someone out there breaking those sim pins.
