Double Click Home Button for App Switcher/Recently Opened

So I am new to the S4 from using iOS for a while and trying to figure out a way to get the double click on the home button to bring up the app switcher/recently opened like you get when you do a long press. I've disabled s-voice, but now need to set what happens when I double click. I've found Home2 Schortcut, but can't find any way to set it to open the app switcher. I found an app that opens task manager, but that's not what I want, I want the app switcher. Any suggestions on how to make this work with Home2 Shortcut or another app that would bring the build in switcher up?
