Double click home for multi task

Is it possible to change the home button to double click for multi task? Or at least speed up how long you have yo hold home to bring up the multitasking options?

Turn off the S-voice to make it faster. Go into S-voice > Settings > disable for home button.

The reason the home button on the whole is slow is because it waits for you to click the button twice, since it *wants* you to use S-voice. Siri causes the same problem on iOS I find.

Thanks, but that isn't what I'm looking for. Even with S voice off you have to hold the home button in order to open multitasking. I want to be able to double tap home or decrease the delay for opening multitasking.

I found that for me, the delay was decreased for multitasking after that. Perhaps they'll fix it in 4.1.3

Maybe settings > accessibility?
