Double tap home button for S-Voice.

On my S3 I was able to double tap my home button to activate S-Voice. I just got my new Note 2 yesterday and can't figure out how to fix it to do it also. Thanks for any advice.

Open s voice and then click the menu button to go into settings. It is labeled there.
