Double tap to wakeup not working Galaxy A30

My screen of Samsung A30 was broken, it wasn't under warranty so I changed it from repairing shop, after that screen is working well but, double tap to wake up screen is not working, please bear in mind that, double tap to sleep the screen is working fine, all options related to double tap to wake up are activated. only the wakeup option is not working, can anyone give me a solution to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a screen protector on? If so, does it help if you take it off?

Try safe mode, if same call that repair shop and question them
