My mom just got a Moto Z (Verizon) yesterday. She's getting double text messages. Does this have anything to do with the Verizon Message Plus app? I have a Nexus 6 on Project Fi, so I have no clue about the Message Plus app. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Just to clarify -
She's using the Verizon Messages app as her default messaging app?
For every text message she receives, the message appears twice?
