Double texting to iPhone users?

Hi, I'm not sure why this is happening but I own a s3 and my sister has a 4s and sometimes whenever I txt her, she receives my txt and a then a duplicate of that. Anyone know why this happens?

Same happens to me, except I'm the one getting dups from some people... They have iPhones or Windows phones... I think must be an att thing and I have to call them

I used to get this issue on my DX2 with Handcent. Are you using the stock Messenger?
