DOWNgrading rooted n7000 Note from 4.1.2 to 4.0.x bc of battery issues

I have a GT-N7000 (international) that originally had 4.1.2 DXLSE Jelly Bean but was having awful battery performance after upgrading to Jelly Bean. I tried rooting it to see if that solved the problem, but it didn't help at all. Given the horrible battery performance since upgrading to 4.1.2, I want to go back to running 4.0 ICS. I've tried every trick I can find on many forums to address the battery problem, but it's so bad the phone is basically useless: it loses about 1% per minute of awake / use time, although it hardly loses and battery when asleep. Can someone point me to the info and files I need to do install ICS and not brick my phone?

After successfully rooting, specs are now:

What you can do is download the Original firmware 4.0.4 for Note1 from Sam Mobile. Reflash the 4.0.4 Firmware by using Odin. After the installation Wipe or Factory reset your Mobile. And you're done. You are back to ICS. I was also having problem with JB for Note 1 for it is laggy and the battery drains fast. Hope this help.

Heya Guys!!!
Well for the start i need a serious answer [ Video'ed or step bay step method ]. I prefure the second one.
1. Yesturday i have Software Updated my Samsung Galaxy note GT-N7000 version 4.0.4 to Jelly bean 4.1.2 , it is lagging more when some app's are opened and restored to Home Screen it's having 4-5 sek delay until it appers.
2.What do i want to do is this. I want to restore - meaning [ get back the old 4.0.4 or 4.0.1 cant rimember, version from 4.1.2 , down-grading ] and i dont know how to do it.
I have looked on Google and saw many thing's but not the one i really need.
3. Did any one tryed to get back the old version back and successfully complated it, couse i saw some people said i cant because it may cause some issues.
4. Some video's i looked ppl. download'ed two programs to do it if im correct. It will help alot if u can give me a link here ,or send me on skype name
