downgrading to 4.4?

Alright so yesterday the baby I nanny for got ahold of my phone and somehow managed to get to my settings and agreed to update to 5.0, I absolutely hate it I thought maybe I could live with it but it's annoying, how hard is downgrading back to 4.4 I've seen other posts that mention it but I'm not sure how to do it.i have att if it matters Thanks.

You'll need to download the firmware (you can get it at sammobile.com) and flash it back manually with Odin.
