Download history gone in Market after 2.2 update

Any know how to get it back? And is there any way to delete apps other than the market?

Yeah get the same.. Only my paid apps show up in the Market App now. All my free ones work, but won't show in the Market.

Great, now how do I move apps to SDCard for those that are designed to with Froyo. I don't see the option.

Menu\Settings\Applications\Manage applications select the app and if it is able to be moved to SD card you can from there. If it's greyed out then that app isn't coded for it yet.
