download notifications help

I have a tmobile note8 using outlook email. About 1 month ago every time I open a picture or doc in an email, the phone makes a continual ding ding ding until the pic or doc fully loads. I have notifications on for sending and receiving emails. It's almost like I have a notification set for downloads. Outlook support says: Unfortunately this isn't a notification setting from the app. It could be from your actual device. The ding ding dinging doesn't happen when I download pics and docs in other apps.

Anyone have any ideas what could cause this?

Found it in ase anyone else has this issue. Settings, apps, outlook, notifications, under other toggle the switch ot off next to downloads.
