Downloaded Files - Milk VR

So I have downloaded a VR file and placed it inside the Milk VR folder. It doesn't show up though. I have googled this but it got me more confused. I read somewhere that you have to sideload it but I couldn't find any information to verify that. or how to do it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i would try putting it in your downloaded folder or the oculus_download_videos folder...then use the samsung gallery app to open???
