Downloaded mp3 pops up whenever I plug in my headphones. Galaxy s8 plus

Every time I plug in my headphones an mp3 which is a ringtone pops up on my screen. It doesn't auto play but I can't do anything on my phone until I x out of it. Is there any way to fix this?

What music player are you listening to? Can you block that file location from the player?

what is the name of the app that is opening with the song? there is probably a setting within that app to prevent automatic playback when headphones are connected

Far as I can tell it's not an app opening.

I have a similar experience when my S8 connects with car Bluetooth. It automatically wants to play the last thing I listened to regardless of the app and the fact I wasn't listening over Bluetooth
