Downloaded pics not HD

Why are pics I download from chrome Web browser not in HD? Even though I select HD pics..
I try to turn them into wallpapers but they come out blurry.

This happen to you too? Or is it browser or what?

What browser are you using? Are you saving the pics from Google image search without selecting "view image" to get the full version? That's all I can think might cause this...

Using Chrome, yeah I use view full image then save it

Are downloading the correct resolution pic's?

That's my thinking, that the resolution on the pics isn't high enough. I've downloaded lots of images for wallpapers with no problem. A lot of wallpaper sites give you screen resolution specific download options to be sure you're getting the right one without cropping or stretching. If you're just looking at random sites, they often times display images lower than 1920X1080 to save space and bandwidth.

Yea I'm downloading 1920x1080
I've got zedge app I download wallpapers from they come out just fine, but if I use chrome and download exact same picture, it comes out blurry
