Downloaded shows not showing in library off wifi

[Android Central Question]

Bought an A7 for my son to attach to the headrest in my truck. Just wanting to have some rear seat entertainment. I downloaded a season of Blues Clues and I'm having issues off wifi. When I'm on wifi and disconnect the shows show under library 'downloaded', but the next day they disappear until I connect again.

It's showing storage being used in the Google TV app after I downloaded the files. I was expecting them to be in the myfiles folder....but nothing. How can I get these downloaded to the device and out of Google TV?

Welcome to Android Central! What service did you purchase the shows from, and which app are you using to try to watch them? Did you buy them from the Google Play Store?
