Downloading 4.4 kitkat in Norway

Right now I am downloading the ☆Android 4.4 kitkat☆ to my Samsung Galaxy S4 (Telenor) in Norway. So if the schedule is like same as when the 4.3 Jellybean came to Norway, are Denmark, Sweden, Finland and the UK have it too day!

Wait... What? I'm live in Norway too but it says there is no update to 4.4. I'm using Note 3 (Telenor)
