Downloading "English"

My phone says it's queued for downloading English. It's been queued for a couple of days and it won't go away. How do I get rid of this?

Hi, welcome to the forums! That kind of download needs a WiFi connection most of the time. Can't be completed even you're connected with a WiFi network? You could try clearing cache for the download manager in settings - apps - all tab and then reboot your phone. Tell us how it goes.
