Downloading from cloud to phone

My wife has many photos in the cloud. She has a new phone; the contacts have been saved but not the photos. How do I get what is on the cloud on her new phone? Also, can I download from the cloud to the PC??

What Cloud storage service is she using? Most storage services offer mobile apps in the Play store for mobile devices and desktop clients for computers.

Android since v1.0. Linux since 2001.

She is using the Verizon Cloud service. We go to the cloud and see the photos on both the computer and her phone. How do we download to her phone or the computer. She has 300+ photos.

300 photos isn't much. Not unusual these days for people to have thousands. Anyway, sorry but I don't know anything about Verizon Cloud. Maybe someone who does will chime in here or try the Verizon website for instructions.

I went on line earlier today. I signed into my wife's cloud. This time I was able to download all the photos at one time to my pc. I tried this last night and it wouldn't let me download them all at once. Now I will take out the SD card from the phone and transfer them back to that.
