downloading froyo, how do i check for problems

I am just now downloading froyo to my phone. What do i need to look at to see if i got problrms with the download?

You might not have any problems at all! But, if you do, they will become evident as you go through your usual routines. Remember, though, that some of the apps that work on 2.1 won't work on 2.2 or, if they do, don't work well. They would be your first suspects for problems.

There are many threads here about how to fix various issues following an update, but the best (if there ARE problems) is to follow the Sticky thread on doing a Factory Data Reset. This enables you to start fresh with settings and downloaded apps.
