Downloading issues

I am having trouble downloading on my cell network threw the browser, market and all that work fine. Any suggestions?

Ditch the stock browser and use a 3rd party browser like opera, dolphin or miren.

Try downloading just using wifi if possible to see if there is a problem with your phone.

OK, after tweaking I can download on 3G and sometimes wifi, but wimax is out of the question. Still only fails to start.
