Downloading Issues

Hi,

I am having problems gettting anything to download. I try to install a new app from the playstore, click install......and nothing. None of my apps that I do have will update. I cant download videos, when I try and click download, nothing happens. It doesnt show up in the status bar or anything. Any ideas?

Also...not sure if its related, but I keep getting this error "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped.

I get that on occasion. Try going to the Playstore app in settings>apps and clearing cache and data, followed by Force Stop.
