Downloading MMS

I received a picture message earlier and I have to download it, every time i try it fails. And a message appears saying 'failed to download'.Why cants i download this and how can i get round it.

If you have mobile data and WiFi both on try turning WiFi OFF. Some users have had to do that for MMS to function correctly though they shouldn't have to.

You might try the free app 'SaveMMS' as work-around.
