I want to download music from windows 10 desktop to my LG G4 phone

Welcome to Android Central! Connect the phone to the PC via USB, swipe down the notification panel, tap the USB option and make sure MTP is selected. Then open Windows Explorer on the PC, and drag and drop the music files from the hard drive to the Music directory on the phone.
