When I go into my Microsoft Exchange email address and I am prompted to select a hyperlink that leads to a document to be downloaded, after entering my credentials it starts to download and then almost instantly gives a download fail prompt. Anybody got any ideas???

I'm also having an issue with downloading, that I cannot figure out! When I go to dwnlded a link from a email or Web content, it says its dwnlding & it shows in my notifications that it's complete. However, when I try to access it item, I get a message saying the item must be extracted??? So, I choose extract and then a 2nd message appears I never saw before that says: "All applications associated with this action have been disabled or uninstalled Go to the App. Mgr. Select the application that's disabled & enable it." I've never seen this before & when I go into my App. Mgr & check it NOTHING IS DISABLED!! Just as a side note, I did double Check that mobile data is on.
I need some help with this one guys (& girls!) As always, thanks so much for the helpful replys!!

The file you are trying to open is a zip file. Unless you have an app to extract the files, it will not open. I use Androzip for zip files and it works pretty good.
