Dragon touch x10 apps won't update Google play store

[Android Central Question]

I just recently purchased a Dragon touch x10 tablet and for the price I am fairly happy with my purchase. Having an issue both downloading and updating applications in the Google play store through. First most applications won't download and the ones that do take several hours to overnight. Also no applications I am able to download will update in the play store. I've even disabled auto updates and tried updating one at a time with no luck

Welcome to Android Central! Did the Play Store come preinstalled on the device, or did you have to manually install it?
