Driod 3 "906" root attempt

Attempted to root D3 using motofail ,I followed all the steps and exploit ran complete( just like in all the videos) no errors but no superuser so I assume its not rooted.
Any clues as to what went wrong?

Are you running as an administrative use in Windows? Did you unzip the Motofail file that you downloaded and run the run.bat file from there, or did you just open the zip file and try to run the run.bat from there? (The second one will not work. The first thing I mentioned I have read as an issue. I've only used Motofail on a Mac, where it worked perfectly, or on XP running inside a virtual machine on my Mac, where, again, it worked fine, though it was annoying to have to add the Motorola drivers, etc.)

Thanks for help , i got to thinking about "exploit complete" line said a quick prayer and disabled all protection on PC and phone re-downloaded motofail ran through the process again and it worked perfect.
