Droibox MXG blue flashing led won't turn on.

Hi everyone, I just bought an Droibox MXG and when I turned it on all was ok for about ten minutes. After this time the box turned itself off and hasn't worked since. I have tried to reset the box with a match at the rear as advised and tried to get the box to reset but to no avail. It also has a blue flashing light on the front that won't stay on when the box is in the normal working phase. Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to try fix the problem. Is there any firmware available I could use to force a restart on the box. Model number is JT-MXG and made by Justin. Thanks in advance.
