Droid 2 Refurb DOA

My Droid 2 that I had purchased back in November had started to reboot and lock up and a fairly constant basis, so I have Verizon send me a refurb this week (yack, refurb!). Well, the refurb is MUCH worse. Right out of the box, this thing reset constantly, without even being touched. At one point, the colors inverted! A few more reboots, I got this fancy error message:

Take both phones to a Verizon store and demand they make good.

Already called CS and they are overnighting me yet another one. Phone is bricked, won't turn on.
