Droid 3 stuck at Motorola dualcore screen

Last night I completely drained the battery by having a call and never shutting it off. I slept on them. Oops. This morning I woke up to find it completely dead. I hooked it up to a wall outlet, turned it on, and now it won't go past the Motorola dualcore screen. It's stuck Help?

Oh, also, this phone is NOT rooted. I'v only used this phone for like less than a week.

Pop the battery out, put it back in. Then let the phone charge for about 15min before you attempt to turn it back on.

But don't turn it on, right? Cause if I do, it'll be stuck on that Motorola screen.

Even without turning it on, I plug it into outlet and it turns on to Motorola screne.
